
Walid is an experienced Registered Psychologist who works with children, adolescents and adults. He has extensive experience across private practice and NSW Health settings, including child and adolescent mental health, psychological assessment, family interventions and complex mental health presentations.
Walid has a warm, supportive and collaborative approach to therapy. He works with clients to develop a greater understanding of their experiences while building practical strategies to support emotional wellbeing and meaningful change. His experience working with children and adolescents also allows him to work closely with parents, families, schools and other health professionals where appropriate.

Walid uses a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). He also has experience in play therapy, parenting and family interventions, and psychological assessments, including the WISC and WIAT.
