Nathan is our Clinical Director and team leader. He is a Clinical Psychologist who is acquainted with the latest advancements and research across a range of mental health issues. Nathan works with adults, and older adolescents, and has experience working across inpatient psychiatric health, as well as public and university-based clinic settings.
Nathan has a warm and empathic therapist style, with an emphasis on collaboratively helping clients develop a deeper sense of self understanding, and a practical focus on helping clients identify and achieve personal goals and underlying emotional needs.
Nathan has an interest and expertise in working with:
- Complex Trauma and PTSD

- Adjustment difficulties (i.e., life/work stressors)
- Anxiety (generalised anxiety, social phobia, OCD, etc)

Nathan has specific training in Schema Therapy, however also utilises a range of therapy practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). He is currently undergoing accredited certification in Schema Therapy with the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST).
