Emili has a natural warmth and ease with all kinds of people, which helps her establish a great working relationship with her clients, even when working with serious and complex problems. She is passionate about helping individuals overcome emotional blocks to their progress, always providing a safe and supportive atmosphere in a professional environment, empowering her clients to pursue their goals and find fulfilment in life.
Emili works with children, adolescents and adults experiencing emotional distress in the areas shown below. Before moving to psychology full time, she spent 7 years as a career counsellor – a background which now enriches her ability to work with people experiencing anxiety and stress in the context of work and career issues.

Emili especially enjoys working with young children. She was trained at Macquarie University in the “Cool Kids Program”, which aims to help children overcome anxiety issues. Emili has applied the program both individually and in groups of children aged 5 to 11.
Emili combines evidence-based approaches into her practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness.
