Ana Natividad

Ana is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults and older adolescents. Her therapeutic style is warm, respectful and collaborative, and focusses on promoting sustainable, long-term change. Her aim is to empower her clients. Ana works with a range of adult mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, personality disorders, and domestic violence (both victims and perpetrators).

In her previous working roles, Ana has spent some years working with forensic clients in public health, and has also worked at a university clinic, a youth service, and in forensic inpatient settings.

Ana’s style is client-centred, which means she tailors her approach to suit each client’s particular needs. Her first step is to identify the client’s current concerns and then work towards equipping them with the tools necessary to overcome their current difficulties – and find a way forward.
